  • Oversee daily operations of the department store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage tenant relations, booth arrangements and ensure compliance with store guidelines.
  • Supervise staff schedules, performance and training.
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for store upkeep.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer service quality, and in-store activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, any other related field or any bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or department store operations.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
  • Knowledge of retail sales processes and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
