📌 What You Will Do

✅ Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, front-desk services, and facility management.
✅ Manage procurement and inventory to ensure cost-effective, timely availability of supplies.
✅ Ensure compliance with local regulations and international healthcare standards.
✅ Collaborate with our medical team to deliver seamless and exceptional patient experiences.
✅ Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities and external partners.
✅ Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

🎯 What You Will Bring

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

 💬 Minimum of 3~5 years of progressive experience in operations, prior experience in the healthcare, hospitality, or a similar service-based industry is highly preferred.

 🗂 Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
📑 Experience in regulatory compliance and government liaison in Myanmar.
🔎 A meticulous, proactive, and patient-centered approach.
