For Onepay

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with merchants
  • Participate in business merchant procedure improvement as required
  • Aware the advantages of using merchants product or service
  • Handle customer and merchant‘s Disputes and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Handle daily merchant transactions operations
  • Perform the process of checking merchant data entry information
  • Responsible for the merchant transactions reviews on risk based
  • Check the Registration of Business Offline Merchants, Agent and QR printing
  • Perform the dispute case and complaints with users and merchant
  • Lists of detail the daily business merchants report, merchant dispute report and merchant QR report
  • Weekly Team meeting
  • Weekly merchant reports
  • Monthly merchant dispute and merchant transaction report
  • Monthly merchant MDR setup process

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree with higher Diploma or certificate in accounting and marketing is an advantage
  • Strong Knowledge about Mobile Money Industry
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/priorities
  • Be able to work with team and to work overtime if it is required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and good typing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application including Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • Good command in English language
