For Onepay

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with merchants
  • Participate in POS merchant procedure improvement as required
  • Aware the advantages of using your POS product or service
  • Handle customer and merchant‘s Disputes and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Perform the daily POS merchant transactions operations
  • Process of checking POS merchant data entry information
  • Perform POS merchant transactions reviews on risk based
  • Check the Registration of merchant account, portal account and settlement Lists
  • Perform the dispute case and complaints with users and merchant care team
  • Lists of detail the daily POS merchants report, POS  dispute report and POS’s SIM Registration report
  • Weekly Team meeting
  • Weekly POS merchant reports, POS devices list
  • Monthly POS merchant dispute and POS merchant transaction report
  • Monthly POS merchant MDR setup process

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree with higher Diploma or certificate in accounting and marketing is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge about POS Industry
  • Be able to work with team and to work overtime if it is required
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/priorities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and good typing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application including Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • Good command in English Language
