Strong operational knowledge within Trading Company.
This role supports day to day medical equipment sales and service maintenance operations
Planning consists of Tenders and service contract
Assit operation for license application and customs clearance process
Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s queries
Handling Import and Export shipments & documentation
Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements
Troubleshooting and attending to customer complaints/disputes.
Troubleshooting and attending to ministry/official authority.
Ensure all enquirers are responded to within the shortest possible time frame.
To obtain pricing and generate complete/competitive quotation base on customer’s requirements.
Follow up with customer, overseas agents and overseas offices on the quotation/proposal and negotiate to a closure.
Collaborate with Sales and service on maintenance of customers.
Monitor billing and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection
Involvement in ad-hoc duties and assignments may be required from time to time.
