The Agency Planning Executive supports Sales and related functions through data analysis, market research, and operational coordination. It is expected to support the planning, monitoring, and reporting of projects and performance initiatives within the Life Insurance business. The role focuses on tracking KPIs, controlling channel budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency, governance, and strategic decision-making.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal reports to support requests from the Sales team.
• Prepare basic analyses, summaries, and presentations to highlight trends and key observations.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of recurring reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.

Market Research & Business Support

• Conduct desk research on market trends, competitor activity, and agency-related developments.
• Organize and summarize research findings to support strategic discussions and planning exercises.
• Assist in translating data and research into practical business insights under guidance from senior team members.

Business Operations & Cross-functional Coordination

• Support day-to-day business operations through coordination with Sales, Agency, Operations, and other relevant teams.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials, internal documentation, and basic operational reports.
• Gain exposure to cross-functional workflows and contribute to smooth execution of business activities.
• Proper budget control (Plan activities within allocated budget, Follow expense approval process, Report expected over-spending in advance, Support department heads in cost control efforts)

Business Model Understanding & Agency Initiatives Support 

• Develop an understanding of the Agency channel business model and participate in the end-to-end workflow of initiatives designed to motivate agents and agency leaders, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-implementation review.

Team Support & Event Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including those involving agents and agency leaders.
• Assist with logistical arrangements such as scheduling, participant coordination, and on-site support.
• Work closely with team members to ensure events are delivered smoothly and professionally.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Accounting or any related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, project management or a similar role. (Experienced in Life Insurance Business is advantage)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and experience with Power BI tool and any other data visualization platforms.
