  1. Operational Leadership & Execution, lead daily operations across branches and ensure achievement of targets, implement operational plans aligned with business objectives, Monitor and improve branch performance and efficiency
  2. Market Research & Survey Management, Plan and execute field surveys, ground research, and market analysis, Collect and analyze data to identify business opportunities, Recommend market-driven strategies
  3. Data Management & Analysis, manage data collection, validation, and reporting systems, perform detailed data analysis for operational decisions, Prepare regular operational and performance reports
  4. Loan Management & Credit Analysis, Conduct and lead credit analysis and loan assessments, Recommend and decide loan amounts and terms within authority, monitor loan portfolio performance and risks, Manage loan disbursement planning and execution
  5. SOP & Process Management, Develop and implement SOPs and operational procedures, ensure consistent application across branches, Identify and improve operational inefficiencies
  6. Team Leadership, Lead branch teams and operational staff, provide training, coaching, and performance monitoring, Ensure team productivity and accountability
  7. Customer & Service Management, ensure strong customer service standards, handle customer issues and improve satisfaction
  8. Compliance & Risk Control, ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, monitor operational risks and take corrective actions

Job Requirements

  1. Any Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration and relative field.
  2. Must be 5–7 years in financial services / microfinance with leadership experience.
  3. Strong experience of market survey, operations, credit analysis, and loan management fieldwork and operations management.
  4. Local branch operations and performance, conduct market research, manage data and reporting.
  5. Perform credit analysis, handle loan disbursement and monitoring, improve processes, manage risks.
  6. Lead and train teams, ensure service quality, and maintain regulatory compliance
  7. Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) and presentation skill.
  9. Willing to travel for field operations.
