Lead and support forecasting and planning for the operation processes which consist of going meetings, scheduling, giving trainings and logistics
Manage and control the inventory purchasing, storage and issue
Create and execute action plans to improve the operations district KPI’
Well able to work with cross team to discuss the issues and strong communication skills
Ensure proper training processes are successfully given of all kinds business in relation to their departments
Maintain and improve operational processes by monitoring system performance identifying, resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, completing waste auditing and analysis
Empower team to take responsibility for their jobs and goals
Communicate regularly with management team members within the organization
Plan and implement that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any fields
Proven 2 years’ experience in related field
Excellent communications & presentation skills
Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customer business and requirements

Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent English 4 skills
