Business development
● Assess the market within the region/territory and identify potential accounts o Contact potential clients and collect information on potential needs o Set-up client meeting appointments and coordinate with Corporate Partnerships Manager for attendance o Assist Corporate Partnerships Manager to prepare and execute Organizational English Proficiency Assessments for potential clients o Assist Corporate Partnerships Manager to prepare proposals for client presentations o Support the organization of and marcomms for partnership events ● Delivery execution of the strategic accounts o Establish productive, professional relationship with key client stakeholders o Hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients o Engage every touchpoint with the corporate students throughout the customer journey o Prepare corporate students progression report on a regular basis to ensure that the client is well updated on progress o Identify and address issues as they arise. Report and escalate as required o Support the execution of the project and prepare reporting for WSE management o Act as the key interface between the corporate student and the service team ● Internal revenue generation and upselling o Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business o Identify opportunities to grow business with existing client o Maintain of an accurate pipeline and monthly forecast across existing accounts

Job Requirements
Demonstrated fluency in English. Thrives at speaking English and comfortable doing so on a daily basis
• Knowledge of Wall Street English product and method is a must
• Fluent in Burmese and knowledgeable of Myanmar business culture is a must
• Passionate about education, languages and giving excellent customer service
• Able to interact with and gain thrust from senior management of clients and partners
• Reliable analytics and presentation skills • Energetic, friendly and professional
• Effective communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably English- related)
• Key account management experience in selling products, solutions and services is a plus
