Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Principle contact and liaison between the maintenance department and operation planning.
  • Prepares job plans for scheduling, detailing parts, materials, special tools, external services and documentation with planned costs. Job plans to include the sequencing of associated tasks, taking into account multi craft alignment.
  • Ensure maintenance service in a timely manner to ensure high equipment availability and performance.
  • Identifies and secures all parts and material required to complete the work in time.
  • Assist Plant Manager, Operation and Maintenance Manager for operation and maintenance budget tracking, budget submission.
  • Monthly report for projected and actual budget utilization for operation and maintenance department.
  • Track and report the preventative maintenance work order, corrective work order backlog.
  • Liaise with EPC contractor and OEM station engineer for warranty and defect claim record status and schedule the rectification plan.
  • Liaise with OEM station engineer for schedule maintenance.
  • Planning and ordering of the spare part required for schedule maintenance
  • Setting up facilities for Major maintenance event
  • Track and report of all statutory license and permit validity and renewal.
  • Maintained SAP record and data base for PM module

Job Requirements

  • BE/BTech or diploma in mechanical, Electrical or Electronic.
  • Maintenance planning, scheduling, and supervisory experience plant.
  • Good organizational skills. Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
  • Must have the ability to work effectively with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, essential in dealing with people at all levels and in a variety of functions
  • Able to speak, read and write report in English
  • Computer skills are a must, with knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
