Farm Executive

  • Assist farm management to manage farm’s operations to achieve desired production output.
  • Improve and enhance the efficiencies in farm production for cost control and maximise resources to meet production schedules.
  • Assist the farm management to manage and monitor the team to implement various aspects of farm production, including feed management, flock health management, and housekeeping.
  • Work closely with Farm Manager on flock health programs to avoid the spreading of diseases and ensure consistent product quality.
  • Execution of management quality policies, procedure and/or processes to ensure high standards of product quality and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring and motivation to staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities which include delegation of works, setting goals and review results.

Hatchery Executive

  • manages daily operations (egg receiving, incubation, hatching,),
  • leads staff, ensures quality/biosecurity/compliance,
  • execute hatchery vaccination
  • execute chick selection process to ensure only qualified quality is sold

  • Degree Animal Husbandry Science or any related fields.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome
  • Passionate to work in farming or hatchery environment and willing to involve in hands-on operations job.
