Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable tile products and solutions based on their project requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, including sample presentations, performance testing and success stories.
  • Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and specifiers to introduce the products and solutions
  • Liaise with Condo, Hotel engineering/ maintenance departments to provide product recommendations and technical support for refurbishments or maintenance works
  • Work closely with developers, construction companies, and main contractors to ensure correct product selection and technical clarity during project execution
  • Engage with government departments to support tender specifications, compliance documents, and technical submissions
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable product solutions by meeting with project requirements and budgets
  • Provide detailed product presentations, samples, and technical demonstrations to clients
  • Conduct regular client visits, site visits, and handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and negotiations professionally
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to support product development and improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Prefer experience in Project Sales, building materials, interior products, or construction sales
  • Strong business development skill and understanding of project sales workflow
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill
  • Able to read basic floor plan or architectural drawing
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and achieve sales
