Job Description (JD)

  • Role Purpose: Serve as the primary leader and administrator of the school, ensuring effective implementation of educational programs and the overall success of the institution. Responsible for school culture, academic achievement, strategic planning, and community engagement.
  • Drive the effective implementation of the school's curriculum across all grades to ensure high standards of student learning and achievement.
  • Supervise and support Coordinators in delivering academic objectives, ensuring teachers follow structured lesson plans and engage students effectively.
  • Organize teacher training and development programs to maintain high teaching standards.
  • Regularly review and evaluate teacher performance to promote best practices and address any challenges.
  • Observe teachers, Coordinators, and Parent Relationship
  • Managers (PRMs) to ensure quality and consistency in academic delivery.
  • Focus on teacher improvement and retention through targeted initiatives and support.
  • Oversee the overall administration of the school, including academic programs, student discipline, and extracurricular activities.
  • Develop and implement school policies and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
  • Lead the development and delivery of curriculum and instructional programs.
  • Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance.
  • Foster a positive school culture focused on academic achievement, inclusivity, and student well-being.
  • Develop long-term strategic plans for the school’s growth and development.

Job Requirements

  Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education B.Ed   is mandatory. PHD,A Master's degree in Education or Management is preferred. Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leade At least 5 years of experience as a Principal in a reputed school. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and academic best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work with teachers, parents, and community members. Effective decision-making skills, strong discipline, and time management abilities. Proven track record in school administration, operations, and academic planning.
  • Exposure to marketing, school growth strategies, and the admissions process. Experience managing social media channels for school visibility and engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems Preferred.
  • Strong financial management skills and experience in budget oversight.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
