  • To maintain, update and follow up every urgent purchase.
  • Provide administrative support and sales coordination to the Sales team ensuring effective delivery of a full range of support functions including but not limited to issuance of Quotation, Sales Invoice, Delivery Order, manage order processing, monitor shipment to ensure prompt delivery of products to customers, coordinate appointments and general correspondences.
  • Assist salesperson to monitor customer accounts and ageing report.
  • To generate weekly/ monthly reporting
  • To ensure proper record filing and documentation of reports
  • Jobs Assigned by Superior from time to time.
