Job Requirements

  • Must have a thorough understanding of business and management
  • Must be able to work harmoniously with other groups of City Mart Holding Limited
  • Must be a graduate (A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or having a diploma in business is preferable)
  • Must be proficient in computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email)
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have the ability to improve the performance of employees and be a training coach if necessary
  • Must have the ability to handle multi-task
  • Must be able to present his/her group's progress and difficulties to the head of the department
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience
