Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure heavy machinery, factory equipment, raw materials, spare parts, and consumables according to company requirements.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best cost, quality, and delivery terms.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and follow up on pending orders.
• Ensure purchased materials and equipment meet quality specifications and operational requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, supplier databases, and documentation accurately.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of raw materials and machinery.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns, delivery delays, and warranty claims.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Prepare procurement reports and provide updates to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (experience in machinery is a strong plus)
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about industrial equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation; basic negotiation skills preferred
• Strong communication skills with a good command of English
