Job Description

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for transportation services, warehouse services, maintenance spare parts and third-party logistics services.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and service-level agreements to achieve cost savings and value for money.
  • Process purchases requisitions and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Track and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts and supplier information.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
  • Collaborate closely with transport operations, warehouse and finance teams to ensure seamless procurement support.
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports, budgets and cost analyses.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements 

  • Any bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and supplier management.
  • Proven ability in purchasing operations and process optimization.
  • Skilled in cost control and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and documentation procedures.
  • Effective cross-departmental coordination and communication skills.
