Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise daily purchase operations
  • Drive the team to meet daily/weekly/monthly purchase targets (both quality and quantity) for all domestic purchases
  • Regular field visits and collect supply information from the market and from the fields
  • Regular visit to the toll mills and supervise the paddy and raw rice storage
  • Work closely with QC team to have quality products from toll milling
  • Maintain good relationship with cross-functional teams (QC, Warehouse, logistics, Production
  • , Finance, HR/Admin)
  • Maintain good relationship with suppliers, millers, brokers
  • Maintain good relationship with local authorities and associations
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to the Manager
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain and purchasing (prefer candidates with paddy buying experience)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory level
  • Computer skill (MS office, MS Outlook), able to use ERP systems is preferable
  • Proficient in both English & Burmese languages
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Able to travel and able to work under pressure
