• Ensure transparency, compliance, and ethical procurement practices.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

6. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Communicate procurement status, risks, and cost implications to management.
• Resolve supply-related issues promptly to minimize operational disruption.

7. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor procurement team members.
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Develop team capabilities in negotiation and supply chain management.

• Professional Diploma or certification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Commerce, is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in a trading or distribution company.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation, sourcing, and cost control.
• Experience with import/export procurement is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret market and price trends.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
