  • Identifying and meeting suitable suppliers/manufacturers.
  • Managing stock levels.
  • Negotiating prices, quantities, and delivery time-scales.
  • Predicting sales, profits, and producing reports.
  • Handling supply/production problems as they arise.
  • Communicating closely with the store operations.
  • Deciding which products should be stocked for each type and size of store.
  • Gathering information regarding customers' reactions to products.
  • Accessing and analyzing the sales performance of different ranges and information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from recognized universities
  • at least 1 year of experience in the Merchandising or Purchasing field
  • Computer literate - MS Word & Excel
  • Good command of English (spoken & written)
  • Good communication skills
