Job SummaryTo educate the adverse reaction management and product information to the related stakeholders To oversee and handle the adverse reaction related customer issues properly by liaising between the Manufacturer, HOD, QA/RA team and customers.
Job Description• Prepare the plans and arrange the CMEs• Establish and maintain ongoing relationship with customers.• Handle HCP interactions and conduct the product presentations in CMEs.• Handle and deal the complaints together with internal QA team and Medical Affairs Dept of Various hospitals if any adverse reactions occur.• Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of product knowledge and adverse reaction management.• Follow-up the customer visits and hospital site visits annually, weekly and monthly.• Awareness of market conditions, competitor conditions and trends in adverse reaction management.• Support up-to-date adverse reaction related information to external HCPs, Private Hospitals as well as internal colleagues

Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any medical related fields• At least one year working experience in related field• Experience in Medical Affairs/Product Executive is preferred• Knowledge of ISO requirements• Must have Product knowledge and Presentation skill• Market analysis and Market survey• Proficiency in English• Objective handling
