• Promotion Strategies များအား အောင်မြင်အောင်အကောင် အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်၍ Division များ၏ objective များ ပြည့်မှီအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Division Team members များအား Product Knowledge များ ပြည့်၀နိုင်စေရန်အတွက် သင်ကြားပေးရန် ။

• Key Products များအား အရောင်းပြည့်မှီရေးနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်စေရေး အတွက် Team နှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်၍  ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ။
• ဆရာဝန်များ ၊ ဆေးဝယ်သူများ နှင့် ဖောက်သည်များနှင့် relationship ခိုင်မာအောင်တည်ဆောက်၍ အကျိုးအမြတ်ရရှိစေရေးဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ။
• CME , CNE ပွဲများတွင် မိမိ Product အား ကောင်းမွန်သည့် presentation အပြင်အဆင်ဖြင့် တင်ပြ၍ Doctor's prescription ရရှိရေးဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ။
• Events များနှင့် ဆေးပြခန်းများ ပြပွဲများတွင် စွဲဆောင်မှုရှိ၍ အဆင့်အတန်းမြင့်သော ပြခန်း ဖြစ်ရေးအတွက် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ။
• မိမိ Division ၏ OTC & Ethical Brand Page များအားလေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်၍ လိုအပ်သည့် Action များ ဝင်ရောက်ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း နှင့် Public Relation ဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စရပ်များအား ကောင်းသတင်းဖြင့်ကျော်ကြားစေရေးဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ။
• Senior Manager နှင့် Divison Head အား report ပြုလုပ်ရန် ။

• Office electronics of Email, Fax & Video conferencing
• Event organizing and team management skills

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    - Bachelor of Science or higher degree

    - Preferable Medical , Medical Related Degree Holder or MBA

    - Over 3 years experience in Medical field

    - Good Relationship and endorsement with KOLs & Clients
