• Translating business goals into specific product requirements.
• Assist in the development of product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Coordinate product development efforts with internal and external teams, ensuring timely delivery.
• Perform detailed market research to analyze customer needs and competitor strategies.
• Oversee UAT and PVT testing to ensure high product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage product documentation, including Requirements Documents and process flows.
• Engage with third-party vendors for integration, testing, and ensuring smooth product implementation.
• Work with UI/UX designers to create user-centric designs that enhance customer experience.
• Support in managing sprint planning and task prioritization activities.
• Assist in creating SLAs and SOPs, monitoring incidents, and ensuring optimal service delivery.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on product progress and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business Administration or related fields
• Male or Female
• Expert Level of verbal and written communications in English & Myanmar
• Experience in Project Management Tools & Microsoft office Applications
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills at multiple levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment and multi-task
