Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Generate new sales leads weekly through site visits, developers, contractors, and referrals

  • Identify and qualify potential customers and new project opportunities

  • Conduct site surveys and client meetings to understand customer needs and project requirements

  • Prepare proposals, technical specifications, and submit accurate elevator quotations

  • Actively follow up on quotations and manage opportunities through the sales cycle

  • Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline, converting opportunities into confirmed sales orders

  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and suppliers) for technical and commercial support

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders in line with company pricing and sales strategies

  • Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports in accordance with company procedures

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business plans

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Business or related field preferred)

  • 1–5 years of Elevator Sales or project-based sales experience (construction/elevator preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong follow-up discipline and ownership of assigned accounts

  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented

  • Willingness to work under performance-driven targets and timelines
