An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Drive trade sales targets including Normal Trade, Border Trade, and Trade Financing.
  • Identify, originate, and develop new corporate and SME clients for trade services.
  • Deepen existing client relationships to increase portfolio penetration and share of wallet.
  • Promote and cross-sell trade-related and corporate banking products (Trade, FX, Corporate Financing, Deposits).
  • Provide consultative trade solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Keep clients informed of new trade products, initiatives, and service enhancements.
  • Conduct regular client and branch visits to strengthen business relationships.
  • Handle and resolve complex client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers, product teams, operations, and branches to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations for trade business planning and portfolio growth.
  • Monitor and grow the trade portfolio to ensure sustainable performance.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop team capability to achieve high performance standards.
  • Provide training and technical guidance on trade services to RMs and stakeholders.
  • Represent the Bank in trade-related internal and external meetings, seminars, and networking events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, or related sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of trade products (LC, BG, TR, Import/Export Financing, Border Trade, etc.).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and portfolio growth.
  • Strong relationship management and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines.
