An Exciting Opportunity for ...

•    Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
•    Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
•    Visit new and existing customers, learn about their needs and wants, and promote the company’s products and services.
•    Generating the quotation to fit the customers’ needs best.
•    Following up with all the customers for given quotations through regular visits, discussing, driving, encouraging, and negotiating to win the projects.
•    Recording customer information data to build the customer network.
•    Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Job Requirements

•    Must have a bachelor's degree.
•    Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
•    Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
•    Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies & building customer networks.
•    Dedication to providing high-quality customer services.
•    Ability to communicate with the English language – written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to build good customer care and have negotiation, problem-solving & time management skills.
•    Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work extra hours as and when required.
•    Have enthusiasm and passion for promoting Engineering, Analytical and Lab & Scientific Testing Instrument.
