  • Coordinate and lead the team. Arrange the machine, material and work flow in the production process according to the plan.
  • Ensure that the raw materials, manpower and equipments are effectively used by team members, and reduce waste to ensure the quality of products;
  • Ensure to finish the production task on time according to the plan;
  • Ensure the production is cost effective, estimate cost and set the quality standard
  • Solve the problems in the production process in time;
  • Be responsible for the performance appraisal and management of production staff to realize the reasonable allocation of human resources;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in operation management or engineering field.
  • Above 8 years of experience in production and manufacturing.
  • Strong technical skills, project management skills, problem-solving skills, and planning skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, coaching skills and decision-making skills.
