Job Description

Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, developing, maintaining, and tracking project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and alignment with requirements.
Monitor the project status, timelines, proactively identify delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate them as needed.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
Support the Project Manager in ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Contribute to refining project management processes for greater efficiency.
Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
Provide high-level administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
Provide regular project updates and performance reports to the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project-related work.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with customer service operations and foundational knowledge of project management principles.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while project deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills in English for day-to-day tasks (written and verbal).
