Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Education Consultant to promote and sell international education services including IGCSE, GED, IELTS, and other global education programs. The role involves generating leads through social media and offline marketing, meeting weekly sales targets, managing a sales team, and working closely with the design and marketing teams. The position reports directly to the Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
• Generate qualified leads through social media platforms and offline marketing activities.
• Counsel students and parents on IGCSE, GED, IELTS, and international education pathways.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by providing accurate program information and professional guidance.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of education consultants and sales executives.
• Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Marketing & Collaboration
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to plan and execute lead-generation campaigns.
• Provide input for promotional creatives, content, and marketing strategies.
• Support offline marketing initiatives such as seminars, exhibitions, school visits, and education fairs.
Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to the Management Team.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up using CRM or internal systems.
• Share market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback with management.
