  • To Validate change order within defined lead time with high accuracy
  • To do verification of Purchase Order and validation of Initial BOQ (Bill of Quantity) & BOQ revision within defined lead time with high quality
  • To validate Variation Order of Civil Work and AC Power of Mobile related projects in alignment with established processes and procedures.
  • To apply proper process and procedures related to every tasks
  • To manage project related Document Validation
  • To analyze New Upcoming Project Phase Closure to be completed successfully within defined timeline and monitor remaining transactions of Project Phase Closed
  • To perform any other duties or responsibilities required by related project from time to time.
  • To persuade, coordinate and negotiate vendor for “high accuracy on time deliveries” and “quick response time in case of emergency, problem or special request”

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel and Power Point
  • Pro-active, creative thinking, data analysis skill, project management sill, problem-solving skill and Strong interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work independently as well as with team
  • Prefer who have industrial experience or knowledge in industry like Telecom and Engineering field
