We are seeking a highly organized and proactive “Project Coordinator”to join our team. This role is essential for bridging the gap between strategic planning and successful execution. The ideal candidate will be a master of logistics, an excellent communicator, and a reliable partner to our project leads and stakeholders.


Job Description (JD)


1. Planning and Coordinating
 * Assist Project Managers in defining project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
 * Develop detailed project schedules, including milestones, timelines, and resource mapping.
 * Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure all teams are aligned with the project roadmap.


2. Execution and Monitoring
 * Track project progress daily and monitor task completion against established deadlines.
 * Identify potential bottlenecks or delays and proactively suggest corrective actions.
 * Conduct regular quality checks to ensure deliverables meet organizational standards.


3. Stakeholder Communication
*Serve as the central point of contact for project-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
 * Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute comprehensive meeting minutes.
 * Provide regular status updates to leadership, ensuring transparency regarding project health and risks.


4. Documenting and Reporting
 * Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, logs, and change requests.
 * Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using data-driven insights.
 * Archive project assets and document "lessons learned" for future organizational growth.


5. Administrative Support
 * Handle logistical arrangements such as meeting coordination, travel, and resource procurement.
 * Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
 * Provide general administrative assistance to the project team as needed.
