Analyze staffing needs across various departments and business units.Draft and publish job announcements on multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Viber, Telegram, and other .Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews.Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checksCollaborate with recruitment agencies when necessary for specialized rolesBuild and maintain an internal CV databaseSupport workforce expansion and replacement planningEnsure compliance with internal HR policies and recruitment SOPsTrack and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectivenessWork closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies .

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related rolesStrong knowledge of social media recruitment and digital hiring toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR softwareExperience working with recruitment agencies is a plusAbility to multitask and manage deadlines effectivelyAdaptable to recruiting for various industries and job levels
