We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Team for F&B outlet setup, renovation, and installation projects. The role involves on-site coordination to ensure smooth execution of all project activities.

  • Daily coordination for F&B site projects  
  • Communication and follow-up with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal team members  
  • Preparation of project schedules, quality checks, site progress reports, and documentation  
  • Supervision of fit-out and renovation works  
  • Coordination of maintenance activities handled by the department

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field  
  • Prior experience in F&B projects or construction is preferred  
  • Strong site coordination and communication skills  
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office  
  • Responsible, able to work under pressure  
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally, with flexible working hours as required
