The role will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence within the BU. The incumbent will be responsible for driving project management excellence, leveraging data analytics for strategic insights, and ensuring the integrity and functionality of management information systems (MIS) within the department.

Project Management Support:

• Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Support the monitoring of project milestones and deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data mining, cleansing, and transformation techniques to support the analysis of customer onboarding data and other key business metrics.
• Help in the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators and customer metrics.

Resource Management:

• Assist in managing the budget for projects, data, and MIS initiatives, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Support the allocation of resources effectively to meet departmental goals and objectives.

Continuous Learning and Innovation:

• Stay updated on emerging data analysis tools and techniques, participating in training or courses to enhance skills.
• Continuously assess and implement digital solutions to improve processes and customer experience.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes, particularly in customer onboarding.

Recommend data-driven enhancements and optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, data analysis, or management information systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, resources, projects with proven track record in process improvement and strategic decision-making based on data insights.
• Expertise in data mining, analysis, and reporting techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and project management software.
• Strong skills in budget management and resource allocation.
