Monitor and control labor and project costs.
Source and coordinate with subcontractors for project execution.
Manage internal tender processes and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Prepare and review project quotations and cost comparisons.
Prepare and submit bill claims related to project work.
Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained on site.
Monitor subcontractor work progress to ensure compliance with project timelines.
Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports for management.
Perform other related engineering tasks as required.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or project engineering.
Able to travel when required for project sites.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (2D/3D), and project management tools.
Knowledge of SketchUp software is an advantage.
Ability to prepare and calculate project cost estimates.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and site management.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
