Position Summary:
The Project Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering projects from inception to completion. The role includes overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Supervise site activities to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that arise during project execution.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all project-related data.
• Assist in project budgeting and cost estimation.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure environmental compliance on-site.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE) from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate degree (optional) in Construction Management or related field is an advantage.
• Diploma in Project Management.

Experience:

• Over 7. year of experience in civil project execution, site supervision, or construction management.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Over 35. Years.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.
• Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage site teams

  Certifications (Optional but Preferred):

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• OSHA or safety-related certification.

  Physical Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying site conditions.
