• Highly experienced and #Coordinator Assistant Business Development Manager to lead our government relations, licensing processes, and key contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the construction and infrastructure sector, coupled with a proven track record of securing major projects and managing them from the initial contract phase through to completion. This role offers a unique combination of high-stakes business development, legal oversight, and project management responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government ministries, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
• Navigate and manage all licensing, permitting, and regulatory approval processes required for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Lead the review, negotiation, and finalization of all construction-related contracts and agreements. Work closely with legal counsel to ensure all contracts are favorable to the company and mitigate legal and financial risks.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and private sectors. Develop and implement strategies to secure new construction and infrastructure projects.
• Provide senior-level oversight for all projects under your purview. This includes monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful and profitable execution.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key government officials, clients, and partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison to ensure project success.

No. 2 - SIte Engineer/ or Civil Engineer (BE - Civil Engineering)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for government ministries, regulatory bodies, and Myanmar authorities.
• Manage all licensing, permitting, and regulatory approval processes for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Lead technical reviews, negotiations, and finalizations of construction contracts, ensuring they’re technically sound, favorable, and risk-mitigated.
• Oversee projects, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality for successful execution.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with key officials, business partners, and primary or secondary competitors as a trusted advisor and liaison to ensure project success.

No. 3 - Site Engineer (BE - Civil Engineering)

• Assume the role of the primary technical advisor responsible for overseeing the construction site.
• Interpret and implement engineering designs, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure that all work complies with project specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of subcontractors.
• Develop and implement work plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that all construction activities are executed efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with all engineering specifications, building codes, and industry regulations.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, including daily site diaries, progress reports, quality control records. 
• Proactively identify and resolve any technical difficulties or unforeseen problems that arise during the construction process to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Communicate with project managers and project engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors to provide project updates, address concerns, and foster seamless collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of four to ten years of progressive experience in business development or a senior role within the construction or infrastructure sector is required. (ABD Manager or Project Engineer role)
• A minimum of four to ten years of progressive experience in development projects or a senior role within the construction or infrastructure sector is required. (Site Engineer)
• Proven experience in managing government relations and navigating complex licensing and regulatory frameworks. (ABD Manager or Project Engineer role)
• Extensive experience in reviewing, negotiating, and executing high-value construction contracts. (ABD Manager or Project Engineer role)
• A demonstrated track record of success in construction project management, with a clear understanding of project life cycles, risk management, and profitability. (ABD Manager or Project Engineer role)
