To develop plans and to create project time frame
To plan and monitor working schedules, allocate resources to ensure timely completion of the project
To manage projects within the amount of budget set

Job Requirements

Must be a degree holder (Civil or Construction Management)
Should have at least 8 years working experience in Construction Industry
Experience in building both RC and Steel Structure
Understanding interior decoration is a “plus”
Able to generate Method of Statement if necessary
Able to generate shop drawings if necessary
A deep understanding of construction processes, regulations, material specifications and safety standards
Able to use AutoCAD / Sketchup
Able to use Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook
