We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire software development lifecycle, from project initiation to delivery.

1. General Work

• Write a comprehensive Weekly Activity Report.
• Conduct in-depth studies on the functions and processes of the proposed solutions.

2. Pre-Sales Work

• Provide robust support for Sales Activities.
• Develop Project Plans for accurate Cost Calculation and Project Quotations.

3. Project Management

• Plan and manage software development projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Oversee the entire Project Lifecycle, including Planning, Monitoring, Execution, and Reporting.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate them.
• Conduct Kick-Off Meetings to align project objectives.
• Report to Management on project-related issues and risks.
• Create and present Weekly Project Reports to the Project Team and Stakeholders.
• Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and ensure that they are incorporated into the project scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Infra team and prepare for Hardware and Software installations.
• Coordinate with Infra team and prepare for the set up and deployment of Development, UAT, and Production Servers for seamless implementation.
• Develop and document the to-be design, including process flows, data models, and system architecture, to ensure that the solution meets the client's business needs and requirements.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are tested and validated.
• Facilitate the Transition phase, ensuring a smooth system launch.
• Implement robust Post-Support Issue Management.
• Manage project team performance, including providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in Application/Solution Implementation Projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related major (Mandatory).
• Proficient in English communication (Writing and Speaking: Mandatory).
• Experience with ERP/CRM/Banking/Insurance Solutions (Minimum one experience).
• Understanding of Database RDBMS, SQL Queries, and Stored Procedures.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Process.
• Certification in Project Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of Project Management Components (Risk, Time, Scope, Quality, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
