Job Summary:

A Project Manager in Real Estate and Construction is required for-

• Developing and implementation of operational policies and procedures for the construction division, ensuring to align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of construction projects from start to finish;

• ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders while managing the day-to-day operations of the construction division/ assigned regions of the company.

• Collaborate and work closely with other executives, and department heads to develop and execute the company’s overall project execution and delivery.
• Must possess professional capacity in managing the project effectively with good coordination among all parties without compromising the Design requirements, Quality and Safety compliance and project duration of the planned schedule for delivery timeline.
• Enforcing compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards and permit to work system.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to drive productivity, economic ways of construction and cost savings.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics and performance of subordinates and contractors to measure the success of the construction division.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering or a related fiend from recognized Institute or University.
• Postgraduate level preferred for senior manager position to handle major development projects.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in project supervision and management with a proven track record of success in managing large scaled projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project delivery with excellence quality and safety record.
• Experience with engineering principles, regulatory requirements and industry standards in the real estate construction projects; including commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure developments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software for project updates.
• May also need to be well-versed in health, safety and environmental compliance for construction site management depending on the location and project requirements.

• The job may require extensive travel to construction sites and other project locations.

• May require to be stationed fulltime on-site office location depending on the urgency and nature of the project requirements.
