  • Overall responsibility of project
  • Conduct weekly meeting with internal staff and subcontractor
  • Attends coordination, job progress meeting with client as required
  • Lead & Manage the people ,schedule, scope of work
  • Provide regular monitoring of the schedule as site progresses; identified potential variances between scheduled and probable completion dates, and ensure that efficient action will be done to meet scheduled targets
  • Co Ordinate & Liaise with Client & Consultant
  • Cost Control & Monitoring
  • Check the material, submittal, approval as per design and specification

Job Requirements

  • BE ( Mechanical/Electrical  Power)
  • Auto CAD, Advance MS Office, MS Project, Email & Internet
  • HVAC & ACMV System (VRF / VRV & Chilled Water System)
  • At Least 5 Years working experience in ACMV field
  • Age between 30 ~ 40 years
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Professional working attitude, team work sprit, good communication skill & well organize
