We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in software development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, gather and document requirements, and ensure successful software implementation to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Project Planning and Analysis: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Conduct needs analysis and identify project requirements. 

2. Implementation Oversight: Oversee the customization and implementation of Odoo applications to meet business needs. Ensure the project adheres to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. 

3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including developers, business analysts, and consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. 

4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues. 

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the solution by overseeing testing and validation processes. Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues arising during the project lifecycle. 

6. Training and Support: Coordinate the training of end-users and ensure that support is available for post-implementation issues or upgrades. 

7. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered within financial constraints. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 

• Experience: Proven experience in project management, specifically with ERP implementations, Software Development. 

• Certifications: Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are beneficial. 

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is advantageous. 

• Management Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. 

• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to a non-technical audience.
