Manage interior design and fit-out projects from project initiation through completion and handover.

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate effectively with clients, interior designers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure all works are completed according to the agreed schedule and quality standards.

Review and coordinate drawings, BOQs, material specifications, shop drawings, and other project documents.

Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and installation with relevant teams.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship, quality, and compliance with project requirements.

Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, design changes, and project delays in a timely manner.

Manage and supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor project costs and control expenses to ensure the project remains within the approved budget.

Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports to management and clients.

Coordinate the final inspection, defect rectification, and handover process.

Ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Interior Fit-out, Construction, or Project Management.

Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects from start to completion.

Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings, interior drawings, and construction drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong coordination and communication skills with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
