  • Manage projects from requirement gathering through development, testing, deployment, and handover.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with minimum errors.
  • Track all tasks, milestones, deadlines, and project status using the project tracking tool.
  • Proactively identify delays, blockers, resource gaps, and risks, and take necessary follow-up actions.
  • Provide timely project progress, issues, completion status, and key insights to the COO.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication, expectation management, and trust.
  • Coordinate internal developers, freelancers, and vendors to ensure clear responsibilities and timely delivery.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, performance, deliverables, and costs.
  • Monitor project cost against timesheet/resource usage and identify any cost or resource overruns.
  • Ensure proper testing/UAT and quality checks before final delivery.
  • Ensure all projects follow established SOPs, documentation, and development processes.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to improve solutions, pricing, efficiency, and competitiveness.
  • Be proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, taking initiative to resolve issues without waiting for escalation.
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination across Management, technical teams, vendors, and clients.
