Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Project Sales Developer to lead project sales growth in Yangon. You will drive strategy, build strong industry relationships, and expand TOA’s presence with key developers, architects, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute regional project sales strategies and plans to achieve market leadership.
● Deliver project net sales, win ratio, gross margin, and project sales cost center targets.
● Present and tailor TOA value propositions for key stakeholders across each project.
● Build and maintain a strong project pipeline using tracking tools and reporting.
● Secure TOA specification with leading property developers, architects, and interior designers.
● Establish and grow long-term relationships with top Property Developers, Architects, and Interior Designers.
● Manage, coach, and develop the project sales team for strong performance.
● Identify, manage, and grow project dealer relationships and opportunities.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration , civil engineering or a related field.
● At least 5 years’ experience in a Project Sales Leadership role preferably from the Decorative Paint or Building Materials Industry.
● Strong knowledge of property development, architecture, and interior design markets.
● Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to develop sales plans, manage pipelines, and track performance metrics.
● Experience leading or mentoring a sales team is highly preferred.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
● Good communication skills in English and local language are an advantage.
