PURPOSE OF JOB

             Develop and direct project sales strategies for T&D and Beam infrastructure markets to achieve regional project revenue growth and strategic project expansion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop project sales strategies to expand T&D and Beam project opportunities.
• Direct project sales teams to achieve infrastructure and industrial project revenue targets.
• Establish relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, consultants and developers.
• Control project pipeline through monitoring of tender activities and proposal development.
• Plan strategic project pursuit and commercial negotiation strategies.
• Manage company’s sales related software.
• Report project section sales achievement and situation.
• Major Challenge: Managing complex infrastructure projects with multiple technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Major Challenge: Responding to competitive bidding and technical compliance requirements.
• Decision Making Authority: Approve project pursuit strategies and major client engagement activities.
• Develop and execute additional duties or assignments as directed by management to support departmental objectives and overall business performance.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in infrastructure or industrial project sales.
• Strong experience managing project sales teams and complex project pipelines.
• Knowledge of T&D systems including LV, MV, HV solutions preferred.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and project commercial management capability.
• Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors and consultants.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Strong familiarity with utilizing Generative AI tools.
• Good English communication skills with the ability to conduct meetings, prepare reports, and communicate effectively in business correspondence.
