  • Monitor government tender announcements, procurement portals, newspapers, and official notifications for new tender opportunities.
  • Stay updated on government procurement regulations, policies, and tender requirements.
  • Monitor government office meetings, pre-bid conferences, and tender-related events.
  • Purchase tender documents within the required timeline.
  • Complete all registration and procurement procedures required to participate in government tenders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain quotations, company documents, licenses, product information, financial documents.
  • Ensure all tender documents comply with government requirements before submission.
  • Conduct price analysis and cost comparisons to prepare competitive tender pricing.
  • Analyze competitors, market pricing, and previous tender results to improve bidding strategies.
  • Prepare complete tender submissions accurately and within the specified deadline.
  • Ensure all required documents, bid securities, and supporting materials are submitted according to tender requirements.
  • Arrange and complete Performance Guarantee/Bank Guarantee documentation for successful tenders.
  • Coordinate product registration or product license submission when required by government authorities.
  • Follow up on contract award notifications and related documentation.
  • Coordinate Purchase Order (PO) issuance after contract award.
  • Manage PO withdrawal and collection processes from government departments.
  • Coordinate product transportation and delivery with logistics providers and third-party service companies.
  • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of government purchase orders.
  • Handle cheque collection and payment withdrawal processes from government departments.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payment documentation and reconciliation.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments until completion.
  • Maintain complete tender documentation and filing systems.
  • Maintain tender history, success rates, contract records, and performance reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 + years of experience in government tender management.
  • Experience handling government pharmaceutical or medical equipment tenders is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with government procurement procedures is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of government tender procedures and procurement regulations.
  • Knowledge of contract administration and tender documentation.
