• Handle monthly contract renewal activities and follow up on renewal status.• Coordinate customer relocation and ONU relocation requests with relevant teams until completion.• Manage daily suspend/reopen requests and follow up with relevant teams.• Maintain and update customer status records by township and related customer sheets.• Prepare and update open contract customer lists as required.• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely completion of customer-related requests.• Prepare and submit stationery, fuel charge, and petty cash requests/claims with required supporting documents.• Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation.• Provide timely updates and reports to the Section Chief – Sales Success.• Perform other customer success and administrative duties assigned by the Section Chief – Sales Success and manager.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or a related field.• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Sales Success, or a related role.• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
