- Analyze and Review: Review functional and design specifications (e.g., User Stories, PRDs) to understand product requirements and identify testable items.

- Execute Tests: Perform various types of manual testing, including functional, UI/UX, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web and mobile applications.

- Cross-Platform Testing: Conduct compatibility testing across various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android devices and versions).

- Exploratory Testing: Engage in unscripted, exploratory testing to uncover hard-to-find defects and usability issues.

- Triage & Prioritize: Assist in reproducing reported issues and prioritizing bugs based on severity and impact.

- Verify Fixes: Perform re-testing and follow-up on bug fixes to ensure issues are completely resolved without introducing new ones (regression).

- Team Communication: Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to understand scope and deliver high-quality releases.

- Documentation: Maintain and organize all test artifacts, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports.

- Deep understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., SDLC, Agile/Scrum).

- Proficiency in test design techniques (e.g., Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning).

- Experience with various testing types: Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT.

- Experience in web application testing (browser developer tools, responsiveness).

- Experience in mobile application testing (interruptions, gestures, network states).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Manual QA Tester.
