Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist QA Manager to manage the product application lab.
  • Conduct end product bread, cakes, noodles, steamed buns, roti chanai, cooking of rice, oil quality etc.
  • Testing and education on flour and other wheat products and on coming wheat flour additive/ingredients.
  •  Conduct R & D on flour, new ingredients and recipes when the need arises.
  • Organize training on flour based products in the form of workshop, seminars and bakery courses when required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/certificate in food technology and food or cereal science chemistry or any science.
  • Related discipline.
  •  Minimum pass in HCE English.
  • Basic computing knowledge in MS office application.
  • Intermediate baking end products hands on skill.
